Join us for a 90-minute training session for new users on QIAGEN IPA. In this 2-part series, you will learn:
Day 1: Tuesday, 2021: New users will learn how to upload their dataset (RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, proteomics, metabolomics and more) and how to understand different result types produced by QIAGEN IPA, how to set up dataset comparisons based on experimental conditions to identify similarities and contrasts, and to generate a network even without a dataset
Day 2: Wednesday, 2021: Users will take a deeper dive into core analysis, comparison analysis and leveraging pre-processed public data (from GEO, TCGA etc.) to learn how they can utilize both their data as well as public data to generate concrete hypotheses about biological mechanisms, discover new biomarkers and identify key regulators.
Offered on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays and Wednesdays of every month at 1:00 PM ET/ 10:00 AM PT (unless it falls on a US holiday)
