Microbial Analysis Portal is a cloud-based platform for analyzing your metagenomic shotgun data. It is accessible from a web browser. In a few steps the predefined analysis workflows let you calculate abundance values, set up multi-sample experiments, and identify differential abundance.
The graphical views and interactive plots enable seamless exploration and refinement of results.
Microbial Analysis Portal is powered by QIAGEN CLC Genomics Workbench and CLC Microbial Genomics Module.
