Gene and ChemView

QIAGEN IPA’s gene and chem views provide an in-depth breakdown of all curated information collected from the literature and several third party databases about a particular gene or chemical. For example, the gene view for BRCA1 compiles more than 33,000 individual facts about BRCA1, all linked to their original citations.

The gene view displays the known splicing pattern for each human and mouse gene, and links to known biological facts about splice variants.

Chem views list findings about known chemicals, and indicate whether a compound is a drug candidate or currently being tested, and include the clinical trials in which the drug is being tested.
