Biomedical Genomics Workbench provides a complete solution for NGS data analysis for biomarker discovery.  It is fast, intuitive, and easy to use, and at the same time, it’s flexible and customizable. It enables you to get accurate and trustworthy results from whole genome, exome, targeted amplicon, transcriptome as well as epigenetic NGS data in one step.
